Being charged too much since upgrading to fibre?

My monthly bill appears to be 35.98 but when i upgraded to fibre it stated my monthly payments would be £28.99 a month?

I have found an email from plusnet confirming the lower price, can this be looked into?

Just realised these log in details for this forum might be connected to my parents account which i pay for and are on adsl.  could i pm someone to look into my account problem?
