Being charged too much since upgrading to Fibre Extra
Recently we upgraded to Fibre Extra on a Fixed deal, the terms of which should be:
• Broadband package: Unlimited Fibre Extra
• Phone package: Anytime
• Contract: 18 months
• Hardware: None
This will change over on 14th April 2020 and your new cost per month will be £37.99.
For the last 2 months since being upgraded, the bills have been coming through with a Monthly Charge of £44.01 instead of the £37.99 that I had agreed to with the Fixed deal.

Please could someone look into this, fixing it for all future bills and refunding the excess money that has already been taken from us in the last 2 bills.
