Being charged more than my bill

I've set up a new contract with plusnet, should be being charged £24.50. My bill has come through at £32.87.
The charges seem all over the place. I've already payed for my hub2 separately so can't understand the charges.
Could anyone shed any light on this?

benp, hope this helps:

Line rental
-£16.47 =  returned 24/31 of £21.22 previously paid for 31/03 to 23/04 (should be £16.43)
£17.95 = charged 24/31 of £23.19 to pay for 31/03 to 23/04
£23.95 = New rate for 24/04 to 23/05 (should be £23.19)
Unlimited fibre
-£13.15 =  returned 24/31 of £16.98 previously paid for 31/03 to 23/04
£14.37 = charged 24/31 of £18.56 to pay for 31/03 to 23/04
£18.56 New rate for 24/04 to 23/05
Discount
£7.72 = cancelled discount 24/31 of £9.97 previously applied for 31/03 to 23/04
-£8.44 = discount 24/31 of -£10.90 applied for 31/03 to 23/04
-£10.90 New discount for 24/04 to 23/05

Your May bill should show only the amounts as shown for the period 24/04 to 23/05 for these charges.
