Being charged for something I shouldn't be.

Can some one take a look at my account and give me a heads up on whats going on? And just in case I refer you to the contract I agreed to over the phone as listed in support question #117918703.

Strange. I can see the agent took the necessary action to apply the relevant discounts, but for some reason they didn't go on to the account Huh
Leave that with me and I'll get the necessary refund issued when your current payment clears and I'll also make sure the discounts are in place moving forward.

Cheers for the reply Harry, sorry for the ****** tone. I haven't had much luck with my account since my house move. Could you also check for me to see if I am still on the waiters list for fibre.
