Being charged for free evening and weekend calls

Recently my bills have been creeping up. Having checked the itemised list for call charges for the past 3 months, I have realised that im being charged for calls that should be included in our free calls tariff. Can someone look into this please?

Nope, all within the rules!

The billing errors seem to be after i renewed my contract.
