Bill issued £17.92 for service from 19/6. However this account ceased on 18/6, and was cancelled on 18/5/2020 ie one calendar month notice was given, before end of the fixed term contract which expired on 19/6.
No response to ticket 202879276 for over 4 days.

Well, that's the direct debit cancelled. Perhaps Plusnet will respond to the ticket then.

Twittering @plusnethelp seems to provoke a response quicker than Plusnet's own ticketing system.
