Being billed for Feburary already

Hi I received and email and checked my account and i'm being billed for February even though it hasn't even started yet

i already paid this month for the period 19th December - 20 January now i'm being billed for 20th January until 19th February when Feburary hasn't even started yet sort it out and stop the payment I'm not paying twice in one month.

Fix

As we bill in advance, those payment dates are correct.

 

20-12-2016 to 19-01-2017 - this invoice should have been requested on the 20th December but would have taken longer than normal to come out from your bank due to the bank holidays around Christmas.

 

20-01-2017 to 19-02-2017- this is now the payment for the coming month that will come out from your bank in the next week or so.

@Chris sorry my mistake I was looking at other payment stuff over the Xmas / new year period as well and mixed up the dates etc.. doh. Embarrassed
