Being billed for 1 second call to 123 Phantom call

Dear Billing 

 

I have just looked at my upcoming bill from plusnet and I can see a 1 second call to 123  at a cost of 50p   this was made on the 23/04/2020  at 13.06.25.  not even time to hear the time.?

 

I do no use this number and never have done so would you please explain this charge.

 

I can see from here that I'am not the only customer complaining about this phantom call to 123 from Plusnet.
