Apparently I'm being charged £2.00 per month for mcaffee protection, I didn't request this and I don't remember even being offered it as an "add on" I don't need it as I already get full internet protections via my bank account.
Please remove the £2.00 charge and refund any amounts taken towards it.

Quote Apparently I'm being charged £2.00 per month for mcaffee protection,
Sorry, I can't find where you've been charged for this? It's included for your account type and we haven't taken any money from you for this that I can see.
Please let me know if I've missed something and I'd gladly take a look.

I've had this message too. Likewise I haven't asked for it and don't wish to be charged for it.
It appeared as a banner at the top after logging in to 'Member Centre' and said something like "McAffee has been added to your account for £2 a month. Go to the Downloads section to download it".
I've just logged out and in again, and now there is just a "Your next bill" banner.
Oddly, in the Add-Ons section is has the details:

I also got this when I joined, but was advised by plusnet it was an error and I wouldn't be charged for it
