Been told my contract has expired despite renewing

On 9th March I agreed to a new Line Rental Saver contract over the phone. Agent was unable to process payment due to some technical issue and I was advised to get in touch again. I have been attempting to do so frequently and had numerous updates on a question ticket (199809835) saying an IT issue was ongoing meaning I couldn’t pay the account. Today I received a message (199663782) saying my contract has expired. I checked the original question and it has been closed due to inactivity but presumably it’s not resolved. I’m still waiting to pay the account. Spent ages trying to sort this on the phone and online - should I just give up?!

It looks like one of my colleagues has already picked this up for you and is investigating. I hope we get to the bottoms of this issue for you soon.
