On 9th March I agreed to a new Line Rental Saver contract over the phone. Agent was unable to process payment due to some technical issue and I was advised to get in touch again. I have been attempting to do so frequently and had numerous updates on a question ticket (199809835) saying an IT issue was ongoing meaning I couldn’t pay the account. Today I received a message (199663782) saying my contract has expired. I checked the original question and it has been closed due to inactivity but presumably it’s not resolved. I’m still waiting to pay the account. Spent ages trying to sort this on the phone and online - should I just give up?!
