Been talking to the help desk who said ....

... that details of our conversation,which he recorded on my account. could be viewed by me ... and I thought he said Community which I thought was odd. And obviously wrong. 

So can anyone tell me where I can view a record of our discussion.

Found it ... right at the bottom of a page. 

Marked “I have 1 open question” which is a bit bizarre as I thought we had resolved the problem
