Similar situation to others on here. Since July when I had an account review, I should have been charged ..
Unlimited broadband service: £9.99 per month for 18months then £20.99 per month
Line rental: £18.99 Total £28.98 per month on a new 18 month contract
As per Question 19177635
Instead, My Bill continues to look like this....
1 Line Rental 11/08/19 10/09/19 £18.99 1 Evenings & Weekends Included 11/08/19 10/09/19 £0.00 1 Caller Display 11/08/19 10/09/19 £0.00 1 Unlimited Fibre Extra 11/08/19 10/09/19 £20.99
So, i have not been given the 18 Months Unlimited Fibre extra pricing as agreed.
Please Rectify ASAP
