I'm sorry about the obvious delays between the payments being received and the reactivation of the account. I can see that the account is now re-enabled.
Again, sorry if you feel we've not been honest with you and we're taking your comments about our billing system on board as feedback.

If plusnet allowed you to pay by internet banking this type of payment problem could be sorted out within minutes. Direct Debit processes are archaically longwinded.
