Bad Plusnet mistake, laughable compensation


Need to get this off my chest.

I cancelled my account with plusnet because I am moving. I agreed that the 19th would be the last day of service, or that I would be cut off on the 19th, fine. 

So my account was cancelled today, on the 14th, which means I can't work home, have to go to the office, with many problems associated. The worse was trying to contact them, bounced between different service desk staff, having to wait about an hour hearing different xmas songs (yes! torture I know), to be said that there is nothing they  can do and that they will refund me back. 

I thought they would refund me back the whole month.. hahahaha. of course not! they gave me back 5 [-Censored-]ing quid. A joke!

anyway, rant over!
