BT sport app still not active after 24 hours

I have ordered the BT sport app for the second time and gone through all registration email and I'm still getting messages saying it's not active when I try to log into the app. Can anyone help with this?

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the BT Sport app.

Have you received the confirmation email advising to activate your BT ID?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Yeah I activated it according to the instructions in that email.
