How long does this take?
Other threads have suggested 48 hours
If this is the case can you cancel my order, I only signed up to watch the football today and timescales were not mentioned

I can confirm that it may take up to 24 hours for the activation to complete, although it doesn't usually take the full 24 hours.

If you'd like us to remove the BT Sport app from your account due to the timescale not being suitable, please reply to this ticket to confirm.
