BT Sports suspension

I wish to suspend BT Sport on the Sky platform. I cannot do it online and have to telephone but there is 30 minute plus wait. Can I do it somehow via this forum?

Wouldn't it be more considerate to suspend these payments for all paying customers, rather than react and have them contacting Plusnet instead?
