Please add bt sports hd still waiting on my order see my ticket on my member account thanks as I need bt sports hd pack to added on my sky box as viewing card number is on my ticket.  Thanks

I am very annoyed no one's at plusnet seem care to look up my ticket for bt sports hd pack order.  Will you please add bt sports hd pack urgently

It's now activated but AMC from BT / AMC from BT HD is not showing except all BT Sports HD as I thought AMC from BT HD are suppose added on as part of BT Sports HD Pack?
