I have recently ordered BT Sport on my PN account, but on completion of the order I received a message saying that a new viewing card would be sent. I also received a similar message on my account today. I already have a Sky viewing card and would like BT Sport activated on this. I did provide the card number so I am a bit confused as to why you are sending me a new card - can you please explain? Thanks
H GMan, Apologies for your wait in getting your BT Sport active, it seems the option was checked to order you a new card and as you know this isn't needed. Your BT Sport should now be active within the next 15 minutes or so.
