BT Sport cancellation

Please cancel my BT Sport subscription from the point at which you stopped transmitting live football (I'm sure that's why most of us subscribe).

For a company with such a good customer service reputation, the response to this has been very poor.

Please do the same for me while you're at it. The complete lack of any way to do this on the website is shocking!

I have had no response from Plusnet on this, whilst similar posts have. Am I missing something? Other channels of communication are not an option at the moment.
