As with so many others I suspect, I rang to cancel BT Sport (you can cancel at any time after a month apparently) on 13th March
I was advised it would be cancelled in next few days and no further payment would be taken
Today, 18th March, full payment for BT Sport was taken
After a long delay on the phone it was apparently as I missed my billing date by 3 days so will go to 10th April.
Nothing to watch, not what I was told, not acceptable, especially as Sky Sports have at least had the decency to offer sport payment suspensions until current issues are over.
My renewal is coming up with plusnet soon. I guess I know what I have to do!!
