I am trying to get through to Plusnet Customer Services to cancel my BT Sport App.
I cant get through by telephone 40 minutes plus waiting time - NO chatline available
I even raised a ticket on the Support pages 4 days ago and I cant get a response.
What do I do next apart from cancelling my Direct Debit and wait to see what happens !!!!
Customer Service was always good - now its getting to the levels of TalkTalk, BT and Sky
