BT Sport App Cancellation

Good morning,

Could you please cancel my BT Sport App. There is no option to do this online and no chance of getting through on the phone.

Getting the same message that cannot take any calls or queries by phone.  There is no cancellation tag on the website for BT Sport, however the information on their advise is that we should be able to add or remove the app.  This is not good form PlusNet.

Did you get any response to your cancellation request on the forum from PlusNet?

Matthew - I received confirmation that this would be cancelled from PlusNet but no notification has been received yet and the BTSport App is still active and would appear not to have been cancelled as yet.

Thanks for the offer but I think it will be much longer than a month before we see any meaningful sport, so please proceed with the cancellation.

Hi Matthew,

I received the same message form yourself last week well before my next billing period and my BTSport account is still active. I do NOT wish to be billed for another month.  Please confirm that BTSport has been cancelled as the App is still active.  The difficulty is getting this arranged has been unreal and is not serving PlusNet well.  I have not received formal notification that  BTSport has been cancelled.
