Hi, I am really hoping for some help here as I have spent hours on the phone and messaging via my JL broadband account to get this resolved and just had the query closed without resolution.
Our telephone number is registered at our neighbours address on BT Openreaches database (or so I am told by BT). I have spoken to numerous people at John Lewis/Plusnet explaining this and have been told I need an ORDI. I have been requesting this since 3rd October and have now had the query closed saying our account is registered at our address (which I know but does not resolve the problem with the BT Openreach database issue) so it remains unresolved. How can I get hold of someone that can raise the ORDI rather than keep going around in circles?
