B T Sports via Sky Platform

Hi I would like to immediately postpone my BT Sports please.

I would like to pause my BT Sport part of my Bill which is £12.49. I have done this with Sky which was a simple process online. But not with PlusNet. Sky have acknowledged we shouldnt be paying when there is no live sport to watch. I have given all my details to request to pause but to no avail.

I'm afraid we can't suspend it only cancel it and then you can readd it once things resume
