Awaiting £75 cashback email
Dear Customer Support
We were expecting a mail to let us know how to claim the £75 cashback offer when we signed up, but this doesn't appear to have arrived yet. Could you confirm that this hasn't yet been sent out and also when we should expect it. I've checked my spam folder and it isn't there. If you could auto-accept the refund for us that would be helpful.
