Automatic invoice email

Can (e.g. pdfs of) invoices be automatically emailed to a specified address... We have accounts people who just need a printout and don't want to log in (or the admin doesn't want to give them THE password), search out the invoices then print them out.

Unfortunately not. I don't mind personally sending out the odd invoice directly if its on an ad-hoc and albeit occasional basis though.

Acknowledged, although e-mailing out unencrypted financial information like invoices can be a security risk so some degree of password protection or encryption would still be recommendable, however my suggestion would be for it to be a separate one to the main account login if the account holder so desires.

PN currently  send invoices to  Madasafish customers specified email address,  in pdf format.
