Attention CS Staff.

Apologies for this unconventional approach but I have just updated my question #58869512 and because I am up against a deadline of 04/09/12 for my account switch over I need a response as fast as you can manage one please.

As I've said before, I have to wonder sometimes where people get the idea that PlusNet support is poor and unresponsive.  I've never found it to be so and it truth - I'm sorry I'm leaving but you know what they say:-

Got your update, I'd say the best thing to do is when your new account is active then let us know and we will change your account, that way your service will go uninterrupted.

Apologies for *BUMP*ing this again but can you explain something please?  We agreed that when I switched to Origin my account would be switched to a free "Mail Only" account.  However, it seems someone has cancelled it completely and suspended my access to the support portal and deleted my mail account.  This is most definitely NOT what I was expecting.
Have I got hold of the wrong end of the stick, or been mislead, or is there some other explanation?
