Asked to click on "Change my products" but there is no link to click.

Hello,
I am trying to pay for my 12 months line rental in advance. I was unable to do this when I signed up as I received an error due to having no current line rental at the accommodation (I am just moving in).
After signing up I followed the instructions for an existing user to pay for their 12 month line rental in advance and was greeted with this message:
"Here are your current packages. If you want to change them, click 'Change my products' and follow the on-screen instructions."
However, there is no link to click.
Any idea how I pay for 12 months line rental in advance as a new customer?

Have you completed your move to Plusnet? I don't think the change option will be available until your account is fully active.
