Ask a silly question?

I was trying to change my Call Plan online but the system refused to let me do this without my first ticking a box saying that I gave my consent to transfer my current broadband product to Plusnet.  There can be very few customers that have a legacy calls-only package with Plusnet and Plusnet know I'm not one of them.  So why the silly question?

Re: Ask a silly question?

Thank you, @AishaK.  Maybe it's just me but I didn't want to give a wrong answer to a nonsensical question just for the sake of getting an online system to work properly.  An online chat with a Customer Services rep. did the trick and they were able to make the change I wanted.
