Hello
I am in the last thirty days of my 12 month Broadband contract. Can I leave without incurring early termination charges (similar to utility switches)? Or must I wait until the last day of the contract first?
Just wondering as shopping around for other packages now and they typically say it takes up to 14 days to switch so don't want to go over my contract too much as the price goes up after the contract ends.
Many thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi Benny,
Thanks for your query.
If you switched once you are within your last 30 days then you should not incur any early termination charges.
You can of course also call our Customer Options Team directly to see whether you can save any money negotiating a new contract, on 0800 013 2632. They open between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
Wait times are minimal on this line, and at present there is no waiting.
Thanks - LF
