Apparently I`m a PlusNet customer ?

I`m trying to order a PlusNet Fibre package, but can`t, as  I`m (apparently) a current customer.

I`ve been with BT for years, never had PLusNet save for a failed attempt to sign up years ago. Plusnet apologised.

Am I able to sign up and take advantage of the current offers which expire in 90 mins ?

Hi Chris,

No. I can`t sign up for anything as the system believes I`m already a customer.

There doesn`t appear to be a way to circumvent this loophole.

Any help greatly appreciated.
