'Anytime' charge of £15+ on my bill - what is that?

I am new to Plus net and on my first regular bill I find an item titled 'Anytime' with a charge of more than £15. I already pay for anytime calls at £5 per month and haven't made any calls that I'm aware of outside of that, eg international or premium rate. I'm confused and, as usual, find it hard to get in contact with a Plusnet human. FAQs may be alright but when there's a specific question about your personal bill, it's not enough. Can anybody advise.

That will be your monthly line rental charge.
