Re: Anyone received a personal email yet regarding June 2017 price increases?

Gandalf,

I'm interested to know what's meant by "in due course"...

Is there a final date before which all these emails must be delivered?

thanks

Hi Conor, The phrase " In Due Course " simply means that they are not all getting sent at the same time, this is so that we can help anyone with enquiries about it of a staggered period, the latest that they should be received is 15th June 2017 as we have to allow a 2 week period before the price change as a cut off point if customer wish to leave their contract.

@TonyMC, isn't it 30 days notice you need to give, as specified in section 18.2 of the terms and conditions?
