Anyone else have a "balance brought forward" on the new bill?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if I'm the only one, but the new bill/invoice has a mysterious Balance brought forward charge of £14.97 in the middle column (under other items, above my referrals).  I can't work out where/what it's from.  The bill is paid by monthly direct debit, and last months payment went out on time, as the normal amount.

 

Has anyone else seen this?  I would use chat (but it's offline) and the support line says a 45 minute call wait, so I'll have to try that first thing in the morning, when I have to the time to listen to hold music...

I'm also sure we used to be able to open tickets/questions, but I can't see how/where to do so.
