EXACTLY the same here. Rang twice today - latterly at 5.00pm - on hold for 30 mins, but had to give up at 5.30pm as they clearly were not going to answer as closing time. I'm disgusted because I wanted to discuss cancelling my account - because nothing has happened since I signed up almost a month ago. Now I DEFINITELY want to cancel, as I can see how they treat their customers. It's grossly unfair to make it impossible to cancel. I'm furious that I now have to wait until Monday to start again and incur more call call charges. All of a sudden, TalkTalk's customer service doesn't seem to so bad - at least they answer the phone!!!
