Any known issues with Quidco not tracking?

Haven't been with Plusnet for a couple of years, decided to come back.
Went through via the Quidco link as it was offering £50 cashback on a 12 month 10GB SIM.
Nothing's tracked in 8 hours. I've had other purchases this week more or less go straight through. I'd cleared all cookies/cache etc. before going through the checkout.
I've searched online and it seems most people have had positive resolutions in the end but just wondering if other users have managed to get it to track first time out as I don't see what I've done wrong this time out. Equally if it's unlikely to pay out, I'd sooner cancel within the 14 days as I'm banking on the Quidco to leave my Vodafone contract 3 months early (£80 charge).
