Any idea what's happened to my billing?

Hi 

 

My last direct debit payment to Plusnet was paid successfully on 27th March, I've not seen a bill generated for the period 20th March to 19th April. 

 

If I look in my members centre it has the message below.

Is this lack of bill generation more fall out from the FTTP order cancel debacle where I had to contact customer services to manually reinstate my previous contract terms?

Apparently the system also thinks I'm out of contract?

I really dont want to have to call up yet again.

 

Is anyone from Plusnet able to take a look & sort this out please?

Hey @PowerLee 👋

 

I have had a look at your account, and I can see it does have some changes that have become stuck, which is stopping the bill from being generated. You are not the only one affected. I have seen a couple of accounts with this issue. Our Billing ASG team will pick this issue up and resolve it, so everything will go back to normal. Unfortunately, due to this issue, it will take some time for it to be resolved at this moment, I do not have a timeframe, but you should be notified once it has.

Hi

Any update on this please as it's still not been fixed & its been nearly 2 weeks.

 

I'm concerned Plusnet will either restrict my service due to non payment even when the direct debit is active OR I'm gonna get hit with a large bill once its finally fixed.

Sorry about that!

Just asked one of our staff in the billing team to see if there is anything new with the issue, once we have more information we will aim to update you.

I have a feeling it is still just being worked on, I am not exactly sure what will happen with your bills, however I feel it would be unfair just to bill you all the past bills in one instance.

Don't worry, we should be able to confirm it soon, since it's the weekend you can most likely expect an update on this Monday.

Another week goes by & the issue is still not fixed. 

 

Last bill dated March 20th & paid by direct debit March 27th, since then Plusnet hasn't generated a bill or requested any money via the direct debit. 

 

Does Plusnet have any update please?

Update - Just spoken to someone at Plusnet as no bill generated for June either & apparently it's still in the queue to be fixed 🙄
