Right so today i can use my service.
But can i ask why did you try and take payment when you knew i had a fault on my line? this was not my fault.
Surely i should get some kind of compensation for this, yet you keep sending my txt's saying please pay outstanding bill? why?.
As i stated i have only started using your servce TODAY because of this fault.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've had there I will look at your account and see if there is anything I can do to help.
Our billing system, like many others used by similar companies is entirely automated and as such does not bear in mind if there are any other issues with the account or with the service before trying to clear a payment.
I'm sorry that you feel aggrieved by this and can certainly see that we could have handled this with a bit more common sense and sensitivity. By way of a good will gesture I have discounted next month's broadband bill for you, however some restrictions will be in place on your account de to an outstanding payment, these will need to be cleared too.
