I also have not received my £75 reward card email as promised. Broadband service went live on 28 May 2020. Chased up with Purecard (Blackhawk) on 4 August only to be told that the email had been sent on 21 May 2020 at 00:04 and the offer had now expired as I hadn't activated offer within the 60 days. My argument is how could I have activated the offer without receiving the email in the first place. I have spoken to Plusnet Customer Services who just told me repeatedly the the offer had expired and was told that a manager would contact me within two days, but still waiting.
Is there anybody that can help me with what seems to be a very common problem? I would like the £75 that I was promised.
