I'm sorry that you've had a charge for a 123 added to your bill and for any inconvenience caused. It's likely that this is due to our suppliers dialling this from the cabinet to check whether or not your line was in use or not. This isn't the correct process and I will pass on feedback to our suppliers about this.
Unfortunately, as this month's bill has been produced and the payment has been applied for via direct debit, I'm not able to credit the charge off this month's bill. However, I have added a credit to the account to cover the call charge and this will come off of next month's bill.
