Another question about plusnet cash back

I have seen many people posting about delays with receiving the offer of £50 cash back from signing up with plusnet this year. I am another one of those people, I signed up at the end of March, Internet live from 7th April and completed the cash back form on 14th April. I have been told on numerous occasions it usually arrives within 30 days of completing the form (is there any customer out there who has received it in that time frame?) anyway 42 days later and still no cheque and no update from plusnet.

Sorry to hear this, we do have lots of cashback offers fulfilled within the promised timeframe, apologies yours has become an issue, these are the ones we only tend to hear about.
