Another payment, still no service.

Tomorrow (14th) I pay for my broadband service again. However i havnt had a working service yet-(Question #38687987) . What can i do to get my last payment refunded?

Hi there,
As this is a fault and an unresolved one at that so we would prefer to credit you (via refund or discounts on future bills depending on what you prefer) after the fault has been resolved. This is purely for practical reasons as if we refund you know and the fault continues we may have to refund further.
