Another non-tracking Quidco claim

My order placed on 3/2/13 has still not tracked on Quidco. I've raised a missing cashback claim with Quidco, however they state that, at plusnet's request, they don't pass these on to plusnet until 30 days after the order date. Is there any way of chasing this up sooner from your end?

I'm sorry but we don't have any way to do this any earlier, due to the way the whole process works. We will make sure to check it as soon as it's received though, hopefully it won't delay things too much for you.
