Another final bill question

Migrated out last Wednesday (16th)
Haven't yet seen any final bill. Should I have done?

I'll give the person a 'kick' that overlooked this. As I see it you paid £19.99 for a full month on the 9th then migrated on the 16th so you should have only paid for those 7 days of service which equates to £4.66 so we owe you £15.33.
A refund is on it's way.
