Another customer waiting for £50 cashback.

I got the email, filled out the form and was told my £50 cashback would take up to 30 days to arrive........it's past the 30 days now and it still hasn't arrived.
Why are so many people having their cashback's delayed ? it would take a couple of minutes to get the thing sent out to us. I can't help but feel that these delays are being done on purpose in the hope that the customer would eventually forget about it.

I've checked your account and can confirm it's recorded correctly that you have redeemed your cashback. I can assure you that we are not delaying cashback on purpose and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
We're currently expecting your cheque to be with you around 13/04/16.
