Another Final Bill query

Hi
I left Plus net on 25th August (see ticket 109739813) but your systems seems to think only my phone has been transferred i.e. account now Unlimited (Contracted without Phone) .
I've had a credit note of £13.76 today but this is too low as I was due nearly all of a month back.
Please can you sort it out so I get my final bill and don't get any more bills in the future.

Should be all sorted. It's due to a delay in the ticket being picked up by our billing team, so my apologies for this.  You are correct in that the full month is due back to I have arranged to get the rest refunded.

Had a strange email last night - not aware that I had an outstanding balance?  Anyway we'll see what happens.

You didn't really, but as the billing ran, it created a charge. We have correctly written this off for you.
