I joined plusnet 3 Jan 2019 , joined online for unlimited broadband and phone . Paid £18.99. My husband then decided we needed fibre for our Smart TV . I called within 24 hours and cancelled and was given a new account and upgraded to unlimited fibre and paid again. I was promised a refund on my old account 10 days ago , two call later and despite promises no sign of it . I call every wednesday . It looks like my New Year Resolution is calls to PLusnet but I will not give me and let you steal my money . I am now considering cancelling my Fibre Unlimited and I have not been impressed with the customer service so far .
I thought that when Orange became EE and plusnet and the call centre were now UK based things would have improved ?? Restore my faith - account [Removed].
