Thanks @Gandalf, hopefully that will sort it. I was looking to add BT Sport but daren't risk making any more changes to the account until billing is operating correctly.

Are you able to offer any assistance with the decline cashback?

No worries, I wouldn't expect adding BT Sport would cause an issue.

I've raised the cashback issue with our billing guys to manually send you the cashback as it doesn't look like your account automatically tracked as a cashback deal.
