After being with plusnet for 10 years (basically since they bought out Metronet) I have gone from impressed to ambivalent to thoroughly annoyed so I finally got around to moving ISP a month or so ago.
My new ISP is great - support without having to phone, support for existing customers, not just to entrap new ones. I breathed a sigh of relief and promptly forgot all about p*net.
Until now, when they have sent me a bill for ongoing service.
